Exhibition Area Information

Booth Size
The booths are 2.4m X 2.4m - not 3m x 3m as previously announced in the vendor pack. This is due to space restraints and the irregular shape of the area. We chose to slightly size down the booths to ensure all booths had good aspect and exposure and that traffic through the area was unimpeded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Meals
Buffet lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be served in the exhibition area as indicated on the map above. Milk and sugar stations will be placed to ensure traffic through the exhibiton area.

Physical Layout
There are some small half walls in the area however it is a very open space and is well integrated both visually and physically.

Registration Area
We plan to do conference registrations in this area. The positioning of the bar means we can serve regsitration drinks on Wednesday night in the exhibition area. Vendors are also welcome to sponsor the bar on either Thursday or Friday night once the last session has concluded.
